Due to the nature of the electronically shipped e-training manuals, e-Wise Knowledge Library has a non-returnable, no refund policy with regard to Downloads. With regard to corporate gifts, faulty CD's will be replace within 30 days on receipt of the original CD at the return address on the invoice.
